Make COK Your Church Home

“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some…” Hebrews 10:24-25
“These are my people!” – Stephanie C.

Inquirers’ Classes

We offer this informal, informative class one a month for those who want to know more about joing the family of COK — topics include our Anglican heritage, ministry opportunities, spiritual growth resources, the parish vision and more. We recommend attending one of these classes before the Newcomers’ class/dinner with the rector. See What’s Ahead or your Heads Upemail for the next session.

Once you’ve decided to make Christ Our King your new church home, please contact the office at 830-632-5613 to let us know. We’d love to welcome you personally to our family, update our records and be sure you’re receiving our Heads Up! e-mails and other church correspondence.

Newcomers’ Dinner

Every quarter Fr. Chuck and his wife, Sandy, host a dinner for the newcomers who have completed the Inquirer’s class. Their desire is to know you and provide insight into COK. It’s a great way to meet the Rector and other new members over food and fellowship while learning more about the Anglican Church, our parish, and many ministries. Check your Heads Up! email or the service bulletin for the next class date.
